CSX Systemwide Maintenance channel?

Does CSX still use 160.785 (AAR 045) for their maintenance around the system, or have they gone to using a regional channel, like northeast is 45, southeast 58, etc?

Yes. We just had rail grinders on the RF&P sub here in Ashland, and 45 was alive.

Yes. They use it around here whenever the MoW crews are out doing their thing.

I have not heard anything but analog the entire time I been scanning railroads, I imagine it will be eventually put on as a NXDN digital but as I said, I haven't heard anything yet.

Yes, 45 is the systemwide MOW primary, analog still. NXDN is coming, but not yet. All the radios are ready.
