Ct fire coordinators talk group

Does anyone know what talk group the ct fire coordinators is on it was posted in a fire forum that it is on the state police system and was used last night at the middlebury mansion fire, I did not seen anything in the 800 trunking but it's possible it is on the Csern systems .thanks
