CT MilAir freqs?

Hello all, I know that are lists of MilAir freqs for CT and its surrounding areas. But I wanted to know what freq or freqs are often used (not just used here and there) for fighter jets, helis, etc. for CT.

Does anyone know of any freqs? Would the Uniden closecall look for MilAir freqs? I sometimes have blackhawks, C130's and even fighter jets here and there fly over in my neighborhood and I wonder what freqs they use.
