CTCSS Decoder Software?

I have a PRO-93 which can't decode PL/DPL. Is there any free software that will decode the PL/DPL that is being received by the scanner?

I also need an application that does this, I found that WinTone only works on Windows 9x. The MS-DOS decoder doesn't work on XP either.

You can run wintone in compatibility mode.

Please explain. XP emulates every version of Windows behind it and does a bangup job on my V3.11 and DOS apps as well as iTunes which is Apple/Mac. The good part about it is you don't have to open a DOS window, everything just runs.

Because many true DOS apps will not work with XP as XP does not run true DOS.

Any NT based OS doesn't have real DOS in it, it makes a Virtual Enviroment for DOS and 16-bit applications. I had WinTone running pretty good on an older computer from 1998 running Windows XP, but on a newer one from 2004 it won't run at all. Since my sound card is so new, I doubt I can find any DOS drivers for it so that rules out the DOS program.

EDIT: Actually, on the newer XP computer, it does run, but it doesn't decode properly and crashes when being used.
