CTCSS what am I missing

I'm trying to enable CTCSS tone on a frequency in conventional mode on a bc396XT. I can't seem to find the option to turn it on. I followed the manual step by step but I don't see the option set CTCSS . So what did I miss

I have the 396xt too, and I looked through my manual to see how to find the option, and can't find it on my scanner either. I was hoping I could help. If you figure it out, please post, so everyone else knows too!

I just found it under "set audio type" "Analog only" "CTCSS"
