10.714.94 Mhz USB...series of 5 number group counts followed by horn/buzzer like tone after each group...
at 22:25 to 22:28 UTC, repeated all group counts without break until all previously announced groups completed...
i live in far western Florida panhandle, Cuban HF and MW stations are easy intercept with fairly clear signals and
good signal strength...
