Apparently their Sheriff's Dispatch has a healthy transmitter too, as I hear them with almost the same clarity as Southampton on 39.42 from Prince George...I did say ALMOST

Culpeper
Culpeper moved their antenna from the Town location to one of their new 250 foot towrs. Location is one of the highest spots in Culpeper County.
Their 800 MHz sstem will be delivered in early 2005 and should be operational in the summer of 2005.
