Culver City ICIS Trunked System - System Problems?

Can anyone else confirm problems with Culver City's trunked / digital radio system (and ICIS?) today - 4/30/14?

Thanks LA.... Bad timing for us listening here in CC. CCPD, CCFD and LAFD working a "jumper" at the Brotman Hospital as we speak. Road closed, crowd control and all that.

This ^. I was listening to them yesterday trying to figure out a loopback issue and other problems. Also, I take it this TG is no longer considered to be encrypted(?), because I have it labeled as such. Additionally, while monitoring this TG, I heard traffic from Verdugo pop in every now and then.

Just FYI, everything (Culver City digital) is sounding good, like its old self today - Thrus May 1, 2014.
