I now have a RS Pro-95 which is analog so does not pick up much.
With that being said what are the best things to listen too around here?

If I would to upgrade what would be a good scanner for this area?
What are some good stuff to listen too with new scanner around here?

I read some of the forums and looks like Fayetteville police is going to upgrade there system don't want another scanner that will be out dated.

very new at this. I have cable coming today to help program my RS Pro-95.

The Radio Shack Pro-651 should pick up anything in your area that you wish to listen to. This is the newer version of the Radio Shack Pro - 106. As far as some interesting things to listen to in your area, you can listen to your local fire, ems and law enforcement and the aircraft frequencies since fort bragg and pope afb are in cumberland county.
