Current Copy of the AZSF Wildland Fire Radio Communications Guide

Does anyone have a current copy of the AZSF "Wildland Fire Radio Communications Guide"? It's on the AZSF website, but it's passworded. Below is the 2016 version. I can't imagine there are many major changes but I'd like to be current. Thanks.

Due to the new federal VHF High Band allocation that was/is supposed to be used as of 1/1/19 there have been more changes than we have seen in such a short period in a very long time. Some agencies were given extensions due to funding, having to replace entire park, forest, refuge, reservation, BLM district systems.

P.S. I would love a current copy as well.
