Suicidal man with Gun in apartments along I-44 between Lewis and Peoria. Traffic blocked on Skelly west bound and calls to OHP on closing I-44 and Skelly drives have been rejected due to low manpower. TPD going to try to close it themselves, Waiting on Police-1 to do a fly over for logistics.......

Well after 2 hours he comes out, peacefully. I-44 reopens.
