Custer County Fire/EMS repeater

Ok, Im confused. All paging is mainly done on 158.925. The DB has that listed on Mt Coolidge. But listening to the freq units say "EM Cicero". In looking at FCC records I see KNBU335 158.925 listed on Mt Coolidge and WQHQ699 158.925 listed on Cicero Peak... which one is it? Both licenses are active and both are listed as FB2 which is a repeater.... Help?

The input pl for the repeaters can be different at each tower site, and each radio can select the tower close to it's operations.

The input pl for the repeaters can be different at each tower site, and each radio can select the tower close to it's operations.

But the issue is that the repeaters are within 5-10 miles of eachother and I've never found any different pl tones
