Custom Made SUV Antenna Mount

I am looking for a place where I can get a custom made car mount for a HF screwdriver antenna. Does anyone have a recommendation?

For my Little Tarheel II, I just used the Comet HD-5-3/8-24 lip mount, and set it part way up the hatch so that the whip starts 3" above the roof line when its fully compressed. I just have to remember to tighten the mount every few months.

S local muffler shop works with my ideas. They have metal pieces and MIG welder.
