Customer Assistance buttons at Walmart ?

I didn't see a better location to put this, so Mods please feel free to move it. I saw these at a Walmart today in various parts of the store, Much like the Help buttons at Target stores. There was a Square Pad mounted to a Glass display case with a help button for Customer assistance, but it didn't occur to me to snap a picture of the darn thing ! It's clearly a RF device since there were No visible antennas or wires, so Not sure how it's charged.
Does anybody have clue what frequency range these use ?? Next time I go I'll attempt to see if I can slide one off and shoot a picture of it.

Most likely not on any radio frequency you can monitor. It's probably wifi or cellular.

WalMart stores switched from using MURS radios to the employees using cell type APPS to stay in touch during work a few years ago.

You would be surprised how many store are still using MURS radios, yes a lot of them have switched but there are still a bunch out there that have not!!

Pull it off, look at the label on the back, look up the FCC ID. That will tell you the frequency ranges used.

My store uses MURS for comms so that's what the call buttons use
I'm going to presume that if a particular location has changed to 900 MHz spread-spectrum, that's what the call buttons operate on
I may be wrong on that

Typically one of the low-power freqs in the 467 MHz range, often 467.7625, 467.85 or 467.8625. if you're atop a mountain you can hear them 20 miles away or more.
