CVSuserListBrowser & SDRUno Fail recently

[W8WCA]

A few days ago CVSuserListBrowser that I use with SDRUno stopped working.

The message is:" The operating system is not presently configured to run this Application"

Anyone else run across this?

I tried an uninstall and re install same error

(My take is a Windows update broke it)

I did a system restore and it is back to working.

I will update 1 at a time and see when It brakes (Maybe it will not )
