hi i am trying to learn cw and get the wpm to i can become a ve and i can't remember if i can go on the air ether on 30m or other bands for cw with out the 5 wpm ticket so in canada would i be able to get on the air and learn and practice my cw skill with the more experianced hams that can help me before i write the exam?
