I was listening on 852.15 when I heard only those two characters. It's one of Parma P25 frequencies and they have a callsign of WNQL533. Could it be that the last character was cut off? I did not hear any voice xmission or anything else following the 53.
Where could I search for callsigns ending in 53? Just in the NE Summit county area and on 800 somewhere.
