just updated my 436 to DMR
anyone else monitor
162.945MHZ
ch id;s show 111 and 222
id search is on

Didn't monitor Vancouver area DMR. IC [as I still prefer this to the new long wording] does show DMR emissions on that frequency and to Cypress Bowl Recreation.

111 is Chan 1
222 is chan 2
3-16 are all analog simplex,
they are the only mountain that went DMR, Grouse just added a repeater in Nov but is still analog, If you go to Hemlock they are DMR as well. Seymour has had a rptr few years now.

Cypress Bowl / Hollyburn Ridge ski area is located within Cypress Bowl Provincial Park. The uniformed BC Parks personnel are also using DMR radios on their own frequency of 163.245 and have access to the Cypress Bowl Recreations DMR frequency of 162.945. The Cypress Bowl Ski Club is still analog on 153.020
