For those of you that listen to this net, as of today the whole system has gone to encrypted comms. I suspect this is a permanent change. I was hoping all day that it was just a test but it doesn't look like it. Sigh.

Encryption? I donno.
Last night on sept 23 I was hearing everything in the clear.
I think that the data for the system on the radioreference web site is incorrect.
All the analog tgs are actually encrypted
and all the encrypted tgs are actually in the clear or analog.

You're absolutely correct that they are in the clear again. They spent the entire day yesterday from early in the morning with all users in an ecrypted mode. Like you, when I turned it back on last night, it was in the clear. I sure hope it stays this way.
