So you are confirming that you paid for Provoice upgrade? I see some encryption on the system as well?

Does your signal meter move, do you see talk groups, did you use RR for frequencies, have you tried a LCN discover to make sure you have all frequencies for system?

it depends on what talk group they are operating on. As far as law enforcement in Abilene goes, everything is encrypted except for PD-1, the main PD dispatching talk group.

I dont know, maybe the database is incorrect, I really dont know. I never hear anything on those talkgroups here.

The database is wrong. Everything but PD-1 is encrypted as far as PD talkgroups are concerned.

Edited to add that HMC is encrypted as well.
