Information circa 2005 stated that Daisy Mountain was to have an 800mhz conventional repeater and would not use the RWC (then called PRWN) trunked system. The conventional freq has been reported as either 867.2000, 867.6500, 868.4375, or 868.6500 (and maybe other freq), but was never verified. **Please note that 868.4375 is also part of RWC Simulcast B and 868.6500 is part of Maricopa County Downtown site, so don’t be surprised to hear these freqs active when a talkgroup is assigned to the frequency.

I don’t think this is valid today, or maybe never was valid. Can anyone up north confirm if Daisy Mountain Fire uses the RWC K Deck talkgroups? If so, what site covers this area (Simulcast B, New River IR)? Did they ever use 800mhz conventional?

DMFD is usually on K7 (A10 for fire/hazmat). Not sure if that helps or not.

Daisy Mountain FD has a Facebook page if you have one. Maybe you could ask there? Or do a search for a website, and see if they have a "Contact Us" link, and ask there?
Otherwise, they've been on the usual VHF A-deck fire channels and K-deck EMS talkgroups. I don't know if they ever used the conventional 800 MHz channels.
