Does anyone know what IIQ or 2Q is? I know it can look up social media and cell phone accounts but not much other than that. We have systems here in CT that do similar just not called the same.

If you are referring to hearing to check them in IIQ or something similar to that - IIQ is a part of the Law Enforcement Records management system provided by LOGIS. This usually is to find out about previous contacts with a person or an address.
