Damariscotta police operates on the countywide DMR Law system.
Damariscotta fire is dispatched on County fire and swaps to an assigned county fire ops channel or mutual aid channel depending on location of the call.
Damariscotta does not have its own EMS. They contract with CLC ambulance, which is dispatched on their own private channel.
