Emissions for Analog and DMR, though only one of the 2 DMR listings, for voice no data, so I put this at an 50/50 on which way it goes. Also note, this is for both PD and FD, so if they do go DMR, one slot will be PD other slot will be FD.

Interesting. The FD still are dispatched by both Faulkner & Van Buren counties. Sounds like it may be a local on scene channel for PD and FD..

Yes, it would likely just be their "private" channel - for dept operations, fire ground, and the like.

Keep in mind that having the license doesn't mean they will be using DMR immediately - several agencies have been licensed for a digital voice mode (DMR or NXDN, for example) and are still using their same analog channels a few years later. It's usually all about the money and when they can afford to take the plunge and upgrade all of the radios...

Damascus FD uses DMR exclusive in Van Buren County and from what the lady handling this told me they will be using DMR on this repeater also
