In Dane county 158.775 is the paging channel. Just a few minutes ago I heard two people talking back and forth, one telling the other about a fire and attempted murder he was at. Anyone know what this could be? The frequency has a station class of Base only, so I doubt anyone should be using this on a mobile to communicate with someone.
