Does Dane County/City of Madison have an emergency alerting radio system that has pagers, and/or alert monitors that are triggered in the event of a weather warnings, or emergency announcements, which followed by a voice announcement?

Best bet is the tried and true NOAA Weather Radio, I assume the county and municipal communication centers utilize these weather radios as well. I have heard weather specific notifications go out over the Dane Co Paging freq/tg (155.8425/13005). DaneCom/Madison also share a talkgroup (13600) for ATG announcements but have not heard that specifically for weather events. On WISCOM talkgroup 21 (SE Region Calling) is utilized by the Sullivan NWS office to communicate with comm centers throughout Sullivan's warning area as well however I have not heard a page over that TG.

At least in my neck of the woods anyway, I've been hearing NWS giving out regular updates on RCALL11 and RCALL12. Not sure what's being used in other sections of the state.
