Yes, the Madison site is the UW Tower - a few sites seem to have developed a couple of names . . .
The chart is still somewhat accurate (VHF Trunked, Siren Control, paging, and of course the dispatch center are all still correct). The mutual aid subsystems are going to be changing (design not yet finalized) and we are no longer planning on using the Brigham site for any aspect of the DaneCom system.
Also, my previous post was wrong on testing locations & dates. We are currently testing at the Verona site for another hour or so and then will move to the UW/Madison site for 24hr transmission tests beginning around noon (7/9/13) - dodging a few bolts of lightning in the process judging by today's weather.

Focus will turn to radio programming and installations. September 2013
Users of this system will go through radio training. October 2013
During this month, the 30-Day system "Burn in" will take place. Some agencies may start operating on here for testing purposes. November 2013
DaneCom is to become fully operational sometime this month. All agencies can starting using the system for day to day operations.
