I just compared the FCC listings to the RR DB listings. Almost an exact match.

The only difference is that the DB shows 465.3875 as a mobile freq while the FCC ULS does not show that freq.

ULS License - Public Safety Pool, Conventional License - WNLY893 - DARIEN, TOWN OF - Frequencies Summary

One other item - PD tac channels 6/7/8 are listed as R when they might be M only

Its because they do not hold a license for it. Does not mean they don't use it.

The Data base should show what you put in your scanner to listen to something, thats what this site is about, not who has a license for what and who shares what channel with who.
I could care less what the FCC shows or if someone is licensed for a freq, not my problem, what people come here for is to get channels for the scanner that are correct, so they can hear local stuff.

i also agree with CSKIB32087--a department can still be licensed for certain freqs and that does not mean they use them--waterbury for instance i believe is still licened or were licensed for the freqs on the 154 range but when they went to the 80 band they still held the freqs and were still licensed but never use them.

Having Grown up in Arlington I doubt you would hear then anyway.

All the questions you pose should go to the data base admin's. Picking a town and going to the FCC site and ripping up the boards with a ton of questions is just going to make people ignore your posts.
