on nov. 27th a man will go on trial for robbery in walker county georgia, his name is darrell jude. the man accusing him of robbery was convicted not long ago of theft over 500 and theft over 1000 in chattanooga tn. it was darrells contention that jarvis battles and a girl named kimberly jane bryson attempted to rob him at his house in walker. this cab driver said darrell paid him 30 bucks to take him home and then called him back on his cell phone later and robbed him, but there is one hitch , darrell's phone records show he never called mr. battles at all. was darrell the victim or the perpitraitor??????????????????
