Question to the data burst knowledgeable...
How does one know if a data burst licensee is the one closest to you adress...
let me explain at a half a mile from my residence I hear a Data Burst on 453.9000MHz, listed at under 40 watts, however, how can you tell it is the one listed in the Data files when their is others listed slightly further away, but at a higher power level, is there a PL tone clue or something? pondering thoughts for a friday night.

The problem is that WPZZ789 and WPQC461 both are emission type 20K0F1D. If one was 20K0F1D, and the other was 20K0F3E, that would be your answer.

As a ham, I'm assuming you know what F3E means.
