Data not importing

I have a BCD325P2 that one particular Motorola P25 site shows all the data and information in the ARC XT program but when uploaded to the scanner...the scanner shows no info for the site other than its quick key number. No ids, no freqs etc. The scanner also displays the ATT (attenuation) for this site and I cannot get that to clear off. Any other systems I upload works fine. And oddly enough this same system has been programmed in another BCD325p2 and works fine. I have deleted all the files on the scanner and tried fresh uploads. I have deleted the system/site files and re downloaded them. I am sure it is something simple I am overlooking but I am lost. Any advice?

Thanks for the reply. It was Salisbury/Rowan county NC. The problem was actually firmware update was needed for the scanner!
