Data on 1.775 Mhz ?

Any ideas what this could be? I'm not sure of the exact frequency but it appears to come in best at 1.775 Mhz with the FT897 set to DIG mode.

On this Medfer freq, likely it's either a maritime nav beacon or a fishing or nav buoy. There are still a few of these out there, as I understand it. 73 Mike

Yea, me too it's about an S4 but very clear. I wonder how much power is behind it?
