The RadioReference database page for Mason County still lists some frequencies that I'm pretty sure have been retired. It would be good to get these removed from the listing if they are no longer being used. 453.4875 was the sheriff's DMR frequency that should have been superseded by the WV SIRN trunked system. I think 154.14500 is also no longer used by the Leon VFD. Unless somebody responds saying they have heard these frequencies being used in Mason County recently, I'm going to make a database submission requesting that these be removed or marked as deprecated, and also to add a note that EMS now uses the SIRN as its primary method of communication.
