Database Cleanup

I have noticed that there are a few systems in the database that are no longer on the air (mainly frontier & rocky flats). I am not sure about Arapahoe County, but I think it is off of the air as well. If any database admins are reading, please delete systems that are no longer in use and good job for keeping us updated with the current ones!!!!

I took care of Rocky Flats.

These three should go as well?

Frontier Radio Communications #1

I know one of the frontier systems is off of the air (not sure which one in the database). Can anyone confirm if both of them are out?
