BCD436HP/BCD536HP: Database Confusion

I am confused about sentinel database updates. The latest version I have is from Aug 2014(update db in sentinel reports I have the latest db). I have seen folks on this forum refer to weekly updates and I see my target system updated this month on rr.com

How do I get the latest database update?

Sounds like you're trying to update the Firmware not the Database

Select UPDATE --> Update Master HPDB.

Save,

Then Write To Scanner

Also, when you have Sentinel running, you can look in the lower lefthand corner. It will say Database Version: xx/xx/xx.
