When I attempt to D/L (import) the database for my area the system allowed me to import the trunked channels, but when I tried conventional channels it said I was not a premium member...Thinking the conventional channels may not be available I tried the trunked channels and I once again received the message that I was not a premium member....Any idea?

I've been broadcasting since 2010.

I've been broadcasting for at least 3 years..

Was your feed actually online at the time you attempted the download? Once the feed goes down your Premium status ends.

I understand that, I have a feed as well, and feeds do go down from time to time, sometimes because of our service/equipment (such as windows update, etc) and sometimes because of the Broadcastify servers. I notice it on my feed about once a week, usually not for long but it does happen. If it was during one of the temporary outages that would cause the change in status until the feed was back up. Or it could be an RR issue, especially if it is still happening.
