Database for trunking getting a new look??

Okay, let me have some fun with this one ... but there's a genuine question buried in here, I promise.

What's the use case here? I'm honestly curious what the requirement is. I'm trying to understand the workflow of everyone clamoring to see all 43 sites of a massive trunked system in one giant table, all at once, on a cell phone. A CELL PHONE. The little glass rectangle in your pocket.

So walk me through it:

1. Are you scrolling a 43-site table one-handed on a 6-inch screen and thinking "ah yes, THIS is the browsing experience I've been missing"?

2. Are you standing in line at Taco Bell and the only thing keeping you sane is thumbing past all 43 sites and all their departments in a single unbroken wall of text?

3. Are you showing a friend "hey check out this trunked system," and the whole demo falls apart unless every site and department renders at once so you can dramatically flick-scroll through it?

4. Are you conducting some kind of speed-reading competition where the winner is whoever can pinch-zoom across all 43 sites fastest before the timer runs out?

All kidding aside, I really do want to know. Clicking into a site or department is one tap. So what is it about the old flat list that made your workflow better? Tell me the actual thing you're trying to do and I'll take it seriously. I'm not looking to say no, I just need something more than "it's different now waaaaaahhh."

Late to the party on these changes again. I’m usually the first one to flip tables when changes are made but this is another nice one although I admit even on my beat up old iPhone 14 I’m finding myself hitting request desktop mode to get rid of the dropdowns. But once on the desktop mode these changes all look great.

Is there a way to shuffle this and the regular RadioReference county sections into an official dark mode like we can on Broadcastify? Maybe I’m missing it if there is and I’m still triple clicking my power button for no reason. Looks great otherwise!

Type I systems appear to be missing the subfleet and fleetmap/size code information. For example, a system with subfleets ranging from 700-01 to 700-12 will all show up as just "SF 700". The fleetmap does not appear anywhere on the page where it used to at some point in the past.

Adding to my previous post, the mode column is still gone on mobile, Type II OBT bandplans are missing, and on EDACS pages the LCN is described as "LTR/NXDN channel #".

Trunked System Page Updates 8/31/2026

Following up on the recent reports about the redesigned trunked system pages, the fixes and additions below are now live.

Type I and Type IIi subfleets
Subfleets now display in full on mobile (for example, 700-01 through 700-12) instead of collapsing to a single "SF 700". The desktop view was already correct.

Mode column on mobile
The Mode value (A, D, M, T) is back on the mobile talkgroup view. It had been left off when the mobile layout was introduced.

System Fleetmap
The Motorola Type I and Type IIi fleetmap is back on the system page, in the Sites and Frequencies section. It lists each block (0 through 7) with its Motorola letter and size code.

Type II custom band plans
Custom band plans (base, spacing, and offset) for Type II systems now appear on the system page, in the Sites and Frequencies section.

EDACS channel labeling
The site key no longer describes EDACS channel numbers as "LTR / NXDN channel #". EDACS now reads "EDACS LCN", LTR reads "LTR LCN", and DMR reads "DMR LCN".

If you still see something off on a specific system, reply with the system ID and we will take a look.

and some are below each other in nice looking rows?
