Database Link Problems

I am having problems with the Utah database links. Under the Utah State Agencies and the Utah Areawide Freq. on the page when you click on "Utah". When i put my mouse over lets say Forest Service it does not reconize it as a link but i can click it and it takes me there. My real concearn is when i use my android smart phone while on the road to check something on Forest Service it will let me select it but won't load the page. It just shows that it is selected. It happens with all selections under these headers. Am i the only one experiencing the problem? What can i do to remidy it or is it a problem on the database end?

Any help would be great.

I looked at the elements. That is a feature/design element of Radio Reference. I don't think it is specific to the Utah database in any way. I think the entire database works that way. It does not appear to be optimized for mobile. There is, however, a site that is. Go here on your android:
