Database missing Steilacoom?

If I search pierce county, no entries for Steilacoom show up.
but if I search for FCC licenses, I find:
Washington Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference

Steilacoom is in pierce county, so why doesn't it show up?

I guess I'm too far away -- I think Ive gotten 2 hits off the tacoma trunk system in the past week...
but since adding the frequencies listed under steilacoom, I've got 15 today....

I guess I have more to learn.. I don't get it...

VHF propagates a bit farther than 800 Mhz. 800Mhz signal tend to bounce and get reflected (and thus scattered over long distances.)

I get that -- (I'm about 3 miles over water away from Steilacoom) -- what I don't get it is why those frequencies aren't listed for pierce county... because it is a frequency in pierce county.....
