Database updates

The updates have been in the form of Geo tagging the TG categories and soon the conventional channels and the entire database.

So new TG's but I will be sorting can categorizing agencies such as Deldot, DNG, DNR and DRBA down to the county level.

This is to support new software and radio capabilities.
