Is database down, when i go to database i get message saying NO CONNECTION TO DATABASE?

I've seen this too:
UNABLE TO RETRIEVE DATABASE USER ACCESS INFO--> Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

There must be a SERVER down because radio reference is all messed up. (you can't login, feed status says offline when it's still streaming live, no page update)

I'm not positive it was a database issue.

I also had the same errors as above but that was using a Charter Connection.
I switched over to my AT&T DSL line and was able to visit the RR site without any problems.

Maybe a routing issue?
