Did Dattco switch over to Digi talk system? No longer hear them on their analog system.

I could help you out with that what town do you live in or what town are you looking for? They do have a trunk system, but it depends on what town you want. Also, what frequency are you referring to?

OK, yeah unfortunately I wouldn't be able to help you out in that area but what kind of radio are you using because if it picks up DMR I would take it off the PL tone and just leave it on search and see if anything pops up but they could of also lost the contract to another school bus company but I'm sure if that was the case they would finish out the school year anyways because I know BRISTOL lost the contract with FIRST STUDENT dattco will be taking over come June so FIRST STUDENT frequency I don't know if they're gonna keep that active or what's gonna happen to that and I do know dattco on the VHF trunk system Plainville New Britain East Windsor Windsor South Windsor are on there Middletown dattco is VHF analog dattco region 13, which is Durham ct on the VHF analog but what I would do if I was you, I would put that VHF trunk system into the radio. It is DMR leave that on search and see if you could pick anything up. I'm wondering if they maybe took the frequency and added it to the trunk system only reason I say that is I see it was a few frequencies added to the FCC database that I don't see on radio reference

I just enter the other frequencies assigned to the company, nothing heard. I didn't try the search with DMR. I was just wondering if they went to a 4G cell radio system.
Thanks everyone for the response.

Most likely on DMR. The the most logical thing to do is try without the pl. You may hear other users on the freq, hear digital noise or hear nothing at all..

I’ve heard them on both the Bridgeport and North Haven frequencies with No issues

Try 152.9825 DCS 664 that’s where I hear them when I listen to them
