Is Dauphin still simulcasting ems on 462.95 and fire on 33.80? Was monitoring earlier today and didn't hear anything.

No. per a recent update they d/c simulcasting 1/1 at midnite.

Database entries have been removed for those channels.

No, sadly they are not. I believe there are a few feeds online you could look into, but they are 100% transitioned onto the P25 coutywide digital system from Motorola.
