I could've sworn I was reading about the new system somewhere here, but I'm not finding anything.
I was down there for the races last weekend. I didn't hear any sort of DMR.
So maybe the new system is only for the really big events? Anyone local know anything?

I had all the licensed frequencies in the rotation.
464.400 469.500 DCS 423 is still used by Daytona race control for communicating with the ambulances and their crash crews. This was in addition to the CCS/ASRA race control.
451.900/456.9000 DCS 445 "no crossover post-race"
451.925 DCS 331 Security Office/cameras
451.9750/456.975 DCS 516 Inside Security
452.075/457.075 DCS 023 "Dispatch to Security Supervisor"
452.150/457.150 DCS 226 Ambulance secondary channel
457.4000 DCS 662 Security
452.625/457.6250 DCS 731 "Gate 40 to tunnel 1" (security and/or parking)
456.925 DCS 047 Parking?
452.800/457.800 DCS 245
