DB Submitting Problem

Probably just a little bug, but when attempting to submit trunking data to the DB, when I select Forsyth County, NC, the trunking systems drop down does not load in. All other counties work fine as far as I can tell except for Forsyth for some reason. Since the drop down doesn't load in, I am unable to submit updates for Forsyth.

It does this on Chrome and Internet Explorer as well as both mobile and laptop.

Working ok for me on mobile and desktop chrome.

Strange.... Only for Forsyth County does the Trunked System drop down not load in. Every other county I try works fine:

Try going to Forsyth County page and hitting submit that way.
