DB updates

Cleaned up the dB a little, Additions for DNG / DRBA ops channels. Added some alpha tags. Removed some redundant tag info.
Added all Wilmington groups to the state system as I have seen many on the state sites recently.

Can you confirm the DRBA TG uses down your way when you have a chance? Basically, is the dB accurate?

We never hear the CMLF groups up this way.

is the patch from wilmington to the state system turned back on? Because before on the database I had to put Wilmington in a separate bank because it said the patch was turned off.

It is selectable by Wilcom.

Looking at trunker, it is active at some point most every day (PD / FD) but not full time.

OK thanks. I was just wondering I put the TGID into my scanner but I also have Wilmington in my separate bank but it's relatively useless there unless I am in the city itself because the separate bank I have for Wilmington doesn't extend much outside of the city.
