I recently updated the db and wiki articles with information about several LTR systems in the DC area obtained via LTR Analyzer. Here's a summary and some additional information. Please submit updates.
Loudoun County Public Schools (reported to be LTR-Net but looks like it reports valid LTR Standard data in addition to the "extra" data):

463.7875 reports LCN=13, Area=0
