DCFD P-25

I just noticed that P-25 talkgroups have been added to the P-16 system.I also am not receiving DCFD anymore. Could this change affect my reception?

I am still getting the Project 16 system fine at ~856MHz. I am putting it online here: openmhz.com

Does anyone know if DCFD planning to transition to a P25 system? What is the timeline for that?
