Just noticed all the TG ID's for the DE state system have been updated. Probelm is most of the updated ID's are not compatable with a Type II SmartNet system. Has the State upgraded thier infrastructure to P25 Phase I or II?

What talkgroups are you referring to? They all look like SmartZone TGID's to me for the 583A system. Are you sure you're not looking at the DELWIN system?

Positive, Look at the first TG ID listed on the system, 5712; Statewide National Guard. Smartnet systems cannot use TG ID's above 4094 (FFE Hex). NCC Fire Disp has been on TG ID 199 since the system went on the air in '93 and now it's been updated to TG ID 3184, so what changed?

I think you're forgetting that SmartZone systems are listed with a x16 TGID in the RRDB. So while true that the range of TGID's for a SmartZone system is 1-4095 (1-FFF), that equates to 16-65520 (10-FFF0) when looking at them in the RRDB.

I don't see anything wrong with the way the TGID's are listed for the Delaware SmartZone system, nor do I see any major changes in the past year in the history log.

Ugh, I see the Hex is right, the DEC is x16 and you're right, I did forget that. Too much time spend programming different manufacturer's radios lol. That you for pointing out the obvious to me during my duh moment!
