Its the Atlanta HIDTA task force....Johns Creek is just the uniform presence while DEA does the search warrant.
Hidta is a high level federal organized crime task force in Atlanta that is comprised of DEA, ICE, several local narc agents, intelligence analysts, accountants, IRS, FBI, etc.....they do multi year international drug investigations....and since Atlanta is THE east coast HQ for Mexican cartels there is a very large task force here.

While many of them are indeed illegal aliens, they arent the uneducated manual labor types we tend to think of. These guys are managing the clandestine movement of billions in drugs and funds....they know their stuff and are very good at it...it takes everything the feds can throw at them and years just to break one cell....there are plenty just like it operating in a neighborhood near you.
